Hemoroidal Disease and Treatment
Hemorrhoids, or medical name hemorrhoidal disease, is a common disease characterized by sagging, swelling and bleeding of vascular-rich pillows in the anal canal. Hemorrhoidal disease is not a vascular disease, it is actually a connective tissue disease.The factors that cause it to sag: Constipation, long-term straining, long time passing in the toilet, ageing, relaxation of pelvic connective tissues during pregnancy and childbirth, bowel cancer, diseases that cause constipation such as bowel hernia, external hemorrhoids the factors are excessive physical activity, long-term standing on foot and fatigue.

THE STAGES OF THE DISEASE
Stage I hemorrhoids are only dangled into the anal canal by pushing and are not visible. Stage II hemorrhoids dangle out of the anal canal by pushing, and return when straining is finished.
Stage III hemorrhoids come out of the anal canal by pushing and do not turn inward on their own. They need to be pushed in manually.
In Stage IV hemorrhoids, they are always flaccid outside the anal canal.

TREATMENT
The main principle is the elimination of the fistula between the inner and outer mouth.
Laser technique: After the fistula canal is scraped and cleaned with a brush, the fistula canal is closed by burning with laser. It has a success rate between 70-90%. It is also an extremely comfortable technique for the patient, with less pain, itching and comfortable defecation after the procedure. It can be applied in day unity.
